The launch of the SunnyWash 4 is proving to be very popular with construction companies over the past two months. This new system, is a mobile wash that can cater for up to 100 vehicles per day. It is ideally suited to construction sites, as it will remove heavy mud and grit from the tyres and underbody of the truck. It can be moved to the next job with ease as the wash bay splits in two, and is then transported in the water tank, making it very user friendly. To date, 12 units have been installed and more are in the pipeline. This is due to the new planning conditions that specify a wheel wash system for site entrances. The Sunnywash 4 compliments the already popular SiteWash system, which is a fixed system for quarries. Another solution being offered is a custom built option, that allows a quarry or landfill to work with facilities that are already on site, ie water from the pit, recycling through a lagoon etc. This is also gaining a lot of interest as it is much more cost effective, in particular for quarries.
